Marketing Planning

Our approach to developing marketing planning competence consists of four key inputs interspersed with practical application.

  1. Key Principles - segmentation, targeting and positioning
  2. Analysis - quantitative and qualitative - what do we need to know
  3. Objectives and Strategies
  4. Tactics and Control

In our approach we use knowledge delivered by video to enable participants to do practical pre-work on their own real issues prior to coming to a workshop to further build their knowledge and share their own work as well as learning from the work of other participants to build a very practical and applicable learning experience.
