Our approach is to first of all confirm the chemistry fit, does the person to be coached feel comfortable with the coach. Is he or she bringing connecting in the way that the person finds valuable.
The coaching relationship in terms of time and number of meetings varies depending on the need of the individual. All time commitments are clearly planned and agreed in advance so the client has control of the budget and the relationship has a clear process with an end point.
