Feedback is essential for helping people grow. Quite often individuals need feedback from others to be able to gain an objectives view of their strengths and areas for development.
We have developed a number of tools for enabling the gathering of feedback from others. They are tools which can be applied in a 180° - gathering and compiling the perceptions of direct boss and colleagues or peers or 360° - gathering the views of boss, peers and subordinates to give a complete picture. Where individuals do not have direct reports we often ask them to include additional people whom they have worked on projects with as this can be a valuable source of additional feedback.
