The PPI Network are often invited to support in facilitating strategic events or gatherings of large groups of senior company leaders. A number of the network are skilled in handling events with large groups where building and maintaining a good atmosphere, style and tempo is important for the success of the event.
We have supported major strategy roll out events, events for gathering feedback and engaging the senior leadership on key issues, and events for initiating understanding of leadership behaviours and their implementation.
