Part of our work at PPI involves designing and running team building sessions. Such sessions can consist of highly structured and content rich sessions that explore the characteristics of high performance and the causes of dysfunctional teams. Typically these sessions will utilize a range of experiential exercises and combine them with a range of inputs that will include team leadership styles, decision-making approaches, multi-cultural issues and team members influencing strategies.
