The PPI Network were invited to help identify what leadership development would support the business and the strategic objectives of the company. Following a fact finding procedure with the key senior managers of the company we produced a discussion document outlining our suggestions based on the needs and expectations for the business. This led to a discussion process which culminated in the design and implementation of two key programs.
