Consultant, trainer and executive coach, Andrea has over 20 years of professional experience gained in and outside of Hungary in the fields of business management, training, higher education, foreign affairs, public relations, consultancy, and employee relations. She has built up a solid track record of performance in high level leadership.  With outstanding communication skills, high levels of resourcefulness and creativity, and a powerful level of initiative and energy she has been effective in helping individuals, groups and teams to develop their business competence.  She is an effective negotiator with the ability to motivate and persuade while working in a team environment.

Andrea has managed DBM Hungary for the last 10 years providing strategic human resource and transition management solutions to over 200 international and local companies. In addition she has successfully coached many senior executives and managers (including Slovak, Czech, Romanian, German, Georgian, Belgian, Italian, Canadian, Madagascar, British, Algerian, American, etc.) as well as being a successful international trainer on projects elsewhere in Europe.

She regularly presents workshops and training courses to top-level business leaders of companies on issues including HR for non HR, Successful Selection, Development of Emotional Intelligence, Mentoring and Coaching Women, Communicating during Corporate Change, Fostering Company Creativity, Management Assimilation, Company Culture Values, Effective Career Discussions, Performance Management, etc.

Prior to founding DBM in Hungary she worked in executive search completing many high level assignments. Her experience includes working as an information specialist with a US government agency which provided cultural, media and teaching programs in Hungary.
