Tarhan is facilitator, coach and consultant with an experience over twenty five years working in organizational, leadership, management and talent development fields. Following her roles within multinationals as HR Professional and Executive, she established her consultancy and coaching practice at 2009.
She accompanies her coaching practice with her consultancy skills giving her flexibility to deliver end-to-end solutions and services. She designs and facilitates on a wide variety of topics around building resilience, cultural transformation, employee engagement and value proposition, leadership, management and talent development. She is fluent in one-on-one coaching as well team coaching. Her past experiences within Telecom, IT, Banking, Pharma and Consultancy sectors give her the competence and confidence in working with different levels of hierarchy – from C level to entry level. She is influenced by values-driven self-management and leadership, values congruence, enjoyment theory, relational coaching within context, and the concept of courageous integrity. As an experienced facilitator, Tarhan has working knowledge of an array of leadership and organizational development models.
An ICF certificated coach with PCC degree application in progress, she is a graduate of Adler Coaching School, Academy of Executive Coaching and has a post-grad certificate in Coaching and Organizational Development Supervision from Ashridge. She is certified on Transactional Analysis, Resilience Coaching ®, Values Ranking Tool, Harrison Assessment and pending ORSC systemic coaching. She holds BSc. in Engineering and MBA degrees from Middle East Technical University, in Turkey.
Tarhan has deep and hands-on experience in HR management and corporate development practices both in multinational and local environments. Previously employed by HSBC Bank, Microsoft Inc (MEA), DDI Consulting, Nokia Networks and World Bank; she accumulated knowledge as a consultant and practitioner in analysing, identifying and addressing corporate OD & leadership priorities, talent retention strategies and HR practices which she draws from during her coaching. Her previous experiences in UK, Europe, MEA and former Russian countries help her understand and apply cultural differences into her work.
