Tarhan is facilitator, coach and consultant with an experience over twenty years working in organizational, leadership, management and talent development fields. Following her roles within multinationals as HR Professional, she established her consultancy and coaching practice at 2009.
She designs and facilitates on a wide variety of topics around leadership, management and talent development. In her last project with a financial institution to support the cultural transformation, she managed to reach to over 4500 employees and managers to ensure their commitment in transformation as a program manager, a facilitator and an internal coach. She is influenced by values-driven self-management, enjoyment theory , relational coaching within context, and the concept of courageous integrity. She is experienced as a trainer and facilitator and has working knowledge of an array of leadership and organizational development models including but not limited to DDI models.
She has earned both her BSc. in Engineering and MBA degree from Middle East Technical University, in Turkey. Tarhan completed her coaching education at Adler Academy of Coaching followed by Academy of Executing Coaching. She recently earned a certificate on Supervision in Organizational Consulting and Coaching from Ashridge Business School @UK. She continues her studies on transactional analysis and ORSC systemic coaching Tarhan has deep and hands-on experience in HR management and corporate development practices both in multinational and local environments. Previously employed by Microsoft Inc (MEA), DDI Consulting, Nokia Networks and World Bank; she accumulated knowledge as a consultant and practitioner in analysing, identifying and addressing corporate OD & leadership priorities, talent retention strategies and HR practices. Her previous experiences in UK, Europe, MEA and former Russian countries help her understand and apply cultural differences into her work.
