Elizabeth Moon is an international trainer and executive coach based in France but working throughout Europe and on specific assignments in The Middle East, Asia, North America and Australasia. Her specific areas of competence include Leadership, Building High Performing Teams, Team Leadership and Motivation, People development and management skills, Executive Coaching which she conducts one to one at the very highest level of international companies, and Management of Individual Personal development, mainly in the area of interpersonal skills a career management.
Elizabeth was raised and educated in London and, after a number of years seeing the world, began her career in 1968 as a lecturer in Business Studies to post A-level students.
She then joined a firm of Management Consultants in 1979, working in the field of executive search. After a rapid rise through the ranks over three years, she was appointed Sales Director with Business Development, Marketing and Sales Management responsibility for eight profit centres. Substantial growth was achieved over the next four years with an R.O.I. of 22%.
During this time, around 1986, her success as a woman in senior management came to the attention of Management Centre Europe, the European
headquarters of the A.M.A, and she was invited to chair a conference for businesswomen in Europe. Soon after this she decided to become an
independent consultant, specialising in People Management Development, drawing on her very relevant past experience.
She is a founding member of the PPI network and a regular faculty contributor to MCE events.
Her academic background is in Psychology and Business Administration and she holds an MSc in Training and Development. She is also qualified in and has extensive experience in using the following instruments:
- The Margenson/McCann TMI (Team Management Index)
- The D.I.S.C Personality Profile Analysis
- The M.B.T.I (Myers Briggs Type Indicator)
- The Emotional Competence Inventory (Daniel Goleman, Harvard)
She is married to Alistair, a former RAF pilot, who now runs their vineyard in South West France where they now live.
