Fabiola Ortiz is a training and development specialist and coach. After 18 years of international corporate experience, 14 of them as a CFO for international affiliates, she has devoted herself to the development of managers and teams towards their full potential. She designs and delivers training programs on a range of topics : Transactional Analysis, Leadership and Management Skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Change Management and Cross-Cultural skills.
Since 2013, Fabiola works as an independent trainer. She is a core faculty member at Engie University, where she delivers the Interpersonal Effectiveness program and Women in Leadership program. She works with other organizations, such as Société Générale, IESEG School of Management, ISCAE Casablanca, BNP Paribas, Total to deliver a range of management and leadership skills programs.
As voluntary coach, she is an active member of Social Builder, a social start-up aimed at preparing and coaching women to start a career in digital.
Fabiola’s approach to training is highly experiential and practical and based on Neurosciences. More recently, she as been certified and working on Organizational Trust. She has chosen to specialize on coaching approaches that fully integrate all dimensions of the coachee, his values and strengths. Her belief is that the effective management of performance consist in working with individuals that are unique, whose talents, complementarity and a trust environment are the best assets to a sustainable productivity and growing commitment.
Fabiola has lived and worked 4 countries. She works in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
