Wojciech Dmitriew is highly experienced trainer and coach, who has spent over 20 years working in this field. He designs and delivers training programs on a range of topics, including leadership and management skills, communication and interpersonal skills, negotiations and conflict resolution.
Wojciech has worked, among others, as a psychologist and trainer in Psychological Aid Center, in Novartis as a product specialist and as a managing director of the Ewolucja - business training company. Since January 1999 he works as an independent trainer and coach, skilled in creating an environment for managers, executives and other professionals to adopt to the changes needed in themselves, their teams and the organisation, mobilising individuals and teams to proactively pursue goals that deliver results, bring out the best in people. A powerful, warmly supportive and unassuming presence immediately puts people at ease and enables them to go beyond their comfort zone and perform at levels they never realised were possible.
Wojciech is a graduate of The Faculty of Psychology at Warsaw University (Master, Psychology). Besides his ICF PCC Credential, he is also Certified Coach CoachWise™ and Polish Psychological Association Trainer. He has trained and coached managerial teams for the following companies, among others: ArcelorMittal, Astellas, Axa, Bayer, Boston Consulting, Budimex, CR Bard, Danone, Dechra, Generali, Grupa Żywiec (Heineken), Innogy, International Paper, JLL, Johnson & Johnson, Kirchhoff, mBank, Novartis, Orlen, Play, Polpharma, Raben, Randstad, R&M Izomar, Saint-Gobain, Santander, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Sodexo, Swisspor, Sygnity, 3M, Wasa Barilla, Zott.
