Work should be fun and we have a range of current projects in leadership training, major organizational change management and talent management that are both fun to do and bringing significant added value to the clients.

We will shortly pilot a leadership program for a Finnish based FMCG company which is designed to provide a step forward in personal impact for their high potential younger managers and mid-level managers. They will be able to both support strategy execution and be more prepared for stepping into higher levels of business responsibility.

We also continue to support a large US multinational in the Food Industry in the development of their leaders in Europe to be equipped to tackle the leadership challenges they face in complex organisations and a matrix working context. Here we have assembled a team with a project leader/integrator to ensure consistent delivery of the leadership development program across a large number of groups and locations.

We are also working with a regional player in the Financial Services Industry to facilitate and support a major change management program. The change will enable the company to more effectively mobilize the capability of its people to be more innovative and competitive.

Another current project is with a global player in the Steel Industry operating in a niche market. They require being more systematic and structured in how they approach talent management. We are helping them with both the umbrella strategy as well as specific initiatives in leadership skills and developing talent in Europe, North America and Asia.
